    Montoya caught speeding
    From correspondents in Draguignan, France
May 12, 2003COLOMBIAN Formula One driver Juan Pablo Montoya has been stripped of his licence after being caught driving at 204kph in southern France, police said. The Williams star was clocked on a radar yesterday afternoon while driving his BMW over the speed limit on the A8 motorway between Les Arcs and Le Muy south of here.He was ordered to hand over his driving licence pending a judicial investigation.Local officials said that Montoya was facing a two-month suspension from driving in France, but that would not affect his participation in the French Grand Prix.

Police always nab the rally aust drivers

I think that for the last few years police have been picking up rally australia drivers driving back to perth after the northam stage. I remember seeing carlos sainz getting picked up for doing over 160 on the road from northam to perth. I dont think he got booked, but his team made a donation to the road safety campaign
