Mods and KW on your VG

    had a discussion with one of my mates last nite about Z32 while i was working on it and got me thinking as some questions i couldn't answer that he had. i tried finding it on the forum but it was all over the place.

    and lets keep it real no bogus info or stabs at each other.its more an info that we can look back and see what we can do with what money.

    what I like to know what power u can push out of VG in this forum don't care what guys do in USA or around the globe just in AUS.

    info like to know

    1.power/torque of NA with bolt on mods
    2.power/torque of really worked NA
    3.power/torque on stock turbos with bolt on mods and ecu upgrade
    4.power/torque with internally stock motor with turbo upgrade
    5.People that have gone wild and done the lot.

    optional if anyone feels like disclosing dyno sheet and what mods and rough estimate but its purely optional.

    like to know what i can do to get mine going even better and to see how much it will cost me. my mate wants to know how hard these things can be pushed as hes considering buying one as well.

    well ill start with mine:

    what it had before the mishap by PO.


    Front mount IC
    2.5" turbo back mild steel exhaust with "X" crossover and JUN BL Spiral racing mufflers.
    ECU Remap
    K&N filter
    running 15 psi via turbosmart 2 stage valve
    Turbos assuming stock.
    Cost: no idea bought it like that. Estimate in parts around $800-1000 plus dyno time.

    Dyno sheet that i have with me is 232rwkw with 690nm of tourque. (ill attach a pic when i get home)
    apperently has hit 240.2 in the last dyno run but got no evidence of that.

    Thanks for the link i guess i could stalk the posts of those owners to find out the details but would be nice if was sumarised in one topic

    Mishap= heavy right foot not knowing what to do ended up into some poor guys front fence. Undercarage damage and lower rad support. Intercooler died in process. RIP FMIC

    Apexi AVCR running 14psi on high setting
    Big sidemount intercoolers (brand unknown - from frontcut)

    Can't bring much to the table for the NA, although I've built some heavy hitting NA 6's and 12's in the past.

    My last TT, bless her soul, had the following.

    Peaco Rods
    Peaco Pistons, 20thou over, 9.1:1 Static Comp
    Knife edged crank
    Extensively ported heads, mild JUN cams, match ported.
    AMS Exhaust Mani's
    HKS 2530
    HKS SMIC's
    750cc Injectors
    Motec ECU
    2.5" Tuneagent Dumps
    2.5" custom Exhaust, no merge

    260rwkw @10psi
    370rwkw @25psi

    All on pump fuel

    my tt. when it used to run before low compression and leaky injectors :(

    10.5psi, pod, catback, light weight flywheel and 9 puck ceramic clutch, auto turbos and cams = 187.9rwkw

    AMS mainfolds with HKS 2530's??? I thought 2530's come with fancy HKS manifolds due to external wategates???

    2530's are internal gate

    almost hte same as a GT28RS with a slight different in compressor wheel

    ahhh ok :) I know there are bolt on internal gate setups for RB26's didn't know they had them for the zed. I just went off the pic on Coz site.
    So where can you get 2530's that are clocked etc to bolt up to the zed?

    where'd you get a mines ECU for 555's? or has the chip been removed and it has a generic 555 tune?
