Apart from general maintenance and ensuring the car is running well, I would probably say wheels, rubber and suspension.

I had the voltage stabilizer and she worked awesome! Then I added a Vulcan intake atomizer and it was like I was in a time warp bro.

As for the original question though, don't bother with extractors or any of that shit.....the fastest NA's i've been in don't use them including my own. Catback, Pod, NIStune and a good clutch is what i would do. Fairly confident mine could hit the 13 second mark with a NIStune and set of Mickey Thompsons.

Get a 100hp of nos, run E85 and tune, advance the timing and rocket away to a 12 ;-)

haha sounds like a good idea, DONT THINK MY ENGINE WOULD HANDLE IT, cant even handle the compression it has at the moment it just lost it all

Thats because no-one seriously mods the VG30DE because the TT is a more efficient/cheaper way.

If your deadset on staying with the NA, then you have to consider extractors at some point. Increase the compression, longer duration cams, tight valve train, increase the RPM, lighten the internals, and your going to be lucky to hit 300hp. It'll sound good though.

Screw performance mods on an NA. Make it go BETTER instead of FASTER.

    *Replace all of your connectors
*Establish the condition of your sensors- 02's, CTS, PTU and replace as necessary
*Major service, plus extras- seals, gaskets, hoses
    *Plenum pull and deletes
    *Extra deletes- PRVR, AIV's, EGR
*Check your entire suspension- Replace rubbers, overhaul coilovers (even if just new KYB Shocks and springs)
*Check your brakes. Get rotors machined if needed and new pads.
*Get a wheel alignment, even if you think it drives okay.
*Spend 2 SOLID days getting rid of all rattles. Adjust your hatch and door catches. Check all exhaust hangers. Find every single niggling rattle or squeak and fix it.

The above is just the tip of the iceberg. Some may apply, others might not have been mentioned. All the slightly overlooked bits eventually add up and will ultimately affect your driving experience. Even as a 20 year old car, it doesnt take that much to achieve the solid "thud" when you close the door and limited cabin noise.

    +1

Advance timing, 98 RON, UDP, full 3" exhaust, high-flow cats, pod filter, extractors, tune, port your heads, lightweight rims, reduce weight.

Random sample of what you could do.
