Apparently there's some guru in Hobart, but I don't know who he is, one of the Southern boys will be able to tell you.

I do all my own work, so haven't really been looking around much up North. Where you from?

    Scorce Automotive

In sunderland st, moonah.....its opposite Pro Automotive down a lil allyway!

His name is Scott and is very switched on with Zeds. Basically did my full rebuild and will be doing my turbo install. Only downer with him is that he doesnt tune our beasts!

There was a so called guru...

But he sold up, and moved to QLD a few years ago. He sold the business to his part time mechanic, Scott. It is now called Source Automotive. Scott knows his way around the Z very well, but wouldn't call him a Z guru. There has been a few things I have showed/told him about Z's, that he did not know.

That zaid :p Scott is very good at what he does, and when something needs doing that I don't have the skill, or time to do myself, he is the man for the job.

Yeah Im spewing that Dave left to QLD

He was my number 1 mechanic, also rebuilt my engine at basically NO labour cost ahhhh gotta love mates rates!! he knew a zed inside and out. Also he built a zed, probably quickest around a track than any other forum members car! Excluding JP's slotcar ofcourse!

    Was a top bloke to...

Remembered everybody, and was always happy to chat. I think he lost the passion for it though, as he could be slack/lazy with his work at times.
It is a shame he left, there is no doubt he knows the Z extremely well.

I remember when Dave first told me he was selling up and moving to QLD. I was hoping that his family would all hate it and move back haha! I mean, who wants to live in QLD... seriously??? ;)

    What ECU do you have?

Or just a chipped stock one?
