One setup that springs to mind is the HKS Vein Pressure Converter (VPC)

What's $1850? The VPC? I think you could do it with a SAFC and a MAP sensor off a car that the SAFC supports. $200 + MAP sensor.

The VPC has been deleted from the HKS catalogue for about 3 years. It is a bit unreliable and a pain in the arse to fit as it has a ROM that has to be programmed for the car type. Those ROM's are hard to find.

Better to leave the VPC out of it.

There are other better systems. There is one from New zealand that is a engine bay fit item. I am not on my home computer at the moment so cant give you the link. But it is basically a souped up SAFC with a lot of extras and no display. The SAFC is a weird bloody item. Too many displays to fit in the car when they are not needed.

I will post a link later today for the NZ item.
