:bash::bash: first he fcks the car with the veilside kit, then destroys it again by hacking the roof CLICKY
Why did you feel it necessary to ruin my already crap day? Furthermore, why the HELL do Americans get dual airbags and the Japanese don't?! I want my 2k spec zed, damn them! -Kirill
Professionally hacked ,the point was not the quality of the job lol :bash: (its not rocket science cutting a square hole in a roof)
meh.... u want it, do it... good on him. i can see why some would want that over a targa top.... and whats the point of keeping it slick top? so its lighter??? i dont really think he cares
best part for me was his statement the car has never been raced, but his email address is DRAG2@HIGHPERFORMANCEONLINE.COM
Haha you can always bet if it has "never done" a certain thing that it most certainly has. I saw one add for a car the other day, and actually in the title it had "NO HAIL DAMAGE WHAT-SO-EVER!" lol hmmmm okay! Strange thing to mention in your description buddy!
isn't there a support bar running through the middle of the roof, as with a targa? (hence the bulge in the trim while inside a slicktop)? Did he just hack that out or put more bracing in somewhere? looks well done but it's still stupid
Or even a rectangular one.:bashSort of like an exercise in reverse engineering if you ask me).:zlove::zlove:
At least if it starts raining he can close it. I remember someone saying they had the targas off and the rain started and they couldn't do anything till they pulled over lol.
hahaha i just noticed that personally i think veilside kits are for supras....not zeds. just my 2 cents
VS being "your thing" or not aside, that looks like a very well presented car and the sunroof job looks VERY well done indeed. Once again the freedom of the modding scene is all about individual taste. Bad hack jobs are the only thing we should dis. This car is done very well and there's nothing wrong with the concept. I dont understand what we're bagging here.
