Ok just need a little info on the zed's power steering setup. Because mine has a leak some where along the line. Just woundering if any one has had a similar problem or know's of any likely places's to look. I filled the resivoir up last night an now it's empty an whineing like a bitch. After every drive it you can see the smoke buring of the manifold an comming from under the car an out the bonnet. Its geting worse an it's time to fix it. Any help would be GREAT!!!!!
There are two flexible hoses coming off the bottom of the reservoir, chances are the leak is from one of these connections. If it is you can try tightening the hose clamp or moving it onto an uncompressed section of hose.
fix it ASAP... if its leaking from around the pump, its above the alternator, you could end up with a friend alternator... thats what happened to mine so just a heads up that you'll want to fix it as quick as possible if its in that area...
