Laser Cut/CNC Turbo and Dump Pipe Flanges

Hey Guys

We are proud to annouce the arrival of our new range of Mild Steel and Stainless Steel.

They have been laser cut, then CNC machined to remove any sharp edges and also to mill any contours and hole positions for mounting.
This has taken us the last few months to perfect and get into full swing production.

We will have the entire range available in the next week or so, but in the mean time, we have our latest addition, in stock, ready for immediate delivery.

What is unique about our design, is that we have incorporated laser cutting and CNC into the one item, to give us a flange which superceeds all other designs on the market today.

The flange, features 2 ports.
1. Exhaust Gases from Turbine Wheel - 2.25"
2. Exhaust Gases from Wastegate Port - 1.5"

We have incorporated a machined lip into it, such that, the person making them dump pipe, can fit the piping into the port, then weld. This can be seen in the pictures attached.

Those are CHEAP!! Is that price for mild steel or stainless? What grade of stainless? 304L or 316L (it is L right?) Will these be a standard stock item for you guys? Might need a couple in 12 months or so for my (potential) top secret project

thats all mild steel, they come silver plated to prevent oxidation
