QLD Lakeside Open Sprints 25th July

Open Sprints Lakeside 25th July
I have entered these open sprints at Lakeside on 25th July, It would be great to see some more forum members and their cars out there. I will have a new suspension set-up and semi-slick tyres by then. Hoping to get significantly closer to 260DET (Richard).

This is a great way to find out how good both you and your car are!!! You dont have to have any experience and there's no pressure to go any faster than you feel safe doing.

Application forms can be downloaded from the "Queensland Raceways" site.
Cost for the day is $189.00 if you pre-book or $219.00 on the day. You will need at least the AASA competition licence (just requires civil licence and $55 for one year,$20 for one day, no tests or other requirements)

Check in time 0830 - 0930
Briefing 0930.

Sprints start around 1000.

No cost for spectating

I'm sure everyone knows, but Lakeside is North of Brisbane at Dakabin, next to Pine Rivers Golf course

 

I'm keen as to race but my car is still in pieces, In a few months I'll be out there, I will come and watch since i live down the way on Beeville rd, 2 minutes to get there for me.

 

Should be there but go pick on someone else to beat Martin How about chasing the black Porsche, Ian is it? he won't let me start behind him

 

Your in a different league than me Richard, anyway my first session will be scrubbing in my new tyres and hopefully brake pads if they arrive. Yep Ians a candidate but than again I struggle to keep up with most people. See you there.
