I am fitting the koyo 53mm radiator, the original fan shroud mounts in the original place. I purchased a "Smithys Place" stainless steel radiator cover/mount , but without either removing a large amount of material from the SS cover OR cutting a slit in the top of the fan shroud there no way it will fit. The problem is the section on the radiator shroud that clips over the lip on the radiator, this will have to be removed in order for the ss cover to fit. Has anyone fitted this combination before? if so what was your mounting solution. Thanks..
