Sigh... Looking like March now, had 1 month to go and then came the last exam - got 79% (pass mark 80). All the others who failed had been kicked out and I thought I'd get the same treatment but they said I could stay, catch was I'd have to do the 8 month course again from scratch. Kinda sucks - but at least I kept my job... but yeah Perth 2012! (hopefully)

Ummm its not exactly an airport... But its funny you say that, coz the air traffic controllers here close off the southern runway/taxiway once every 3 months so we can have a track day. Pretty much get unlimited runs during the day which is pretty fun, and as long as we dont break any lights or leave oil and crap on the runway we dont have to do much to set it up and then repack. It's probably a little bit too far away from you guys as its in Sale... I got it done at I care car care detailing in Sale, pretty friendly bunch and they do pretty good work - they even sprayed my fading wipers and that weatherstrip that goes along the windscreen with bumper blackener for no extra cost.
