Cheers :zlove:. Was my first time with the Zed on a skidpan and I think I did okay, but I need to work on being more consistent. Next time!

Well done. I love motorkhanas, they are good fun. Zeds are surprisingly nimble for their size. (compared to most cars you see at motorkhanas).

I did on a few years back in the gold zed. I was a quick as an MX5 around the track.

Don't be afraid to throw in some handbrake when you want to tighten your curve a bit, looks good though.

Every sharp turn in that video involved the handbrake.

I was thinking about the exits down the bottom of the track but I guess proximity wasn't actually your priority there since there's heaps of space. Khanas here in Canberra tend to be quite tight.

The sweeping right-hander? Clutch kicks seemed to work better there. It's only an NA, so had to use a few tricks to keep a powerslide going.

Yeah, I could see you were sort of having trouble keeping both spinning on that one. Handbrake while clutch kicking is a good technique to work on, I'm not meaning to be a perfectionist or anything just passing on handy hints.

LOL, You did that at my Work...........

I am a civil construction trainer at Foresite training, That concrete is where we do Truck driver testing. Its 12 inches thick and cost $300,000 to lay down.

The owner of Foresite, Darren, is a total car nut who has started a division of the company called RTR (road track rally) which basically just works on his WRX race car but does tuning, repairs etc on imports.

Yup, Daz is a good friend of mine. Have you visited RTR? It's not terribly far from you, and it's an impressive workshop. Very long waiting list, and lots of high-dollar builds going through there - definitely not just a garage for his personal cars!

His Evo is a beast. Finished third in Open class at WTAC in 2014 and has evolved (pun intended) so much from year to year. I had a go driving his Exige S on the skidpad, and that thing is manic, the Z32 is far more forgiving.

I know the RTR guys well. Their workshop is in the same building as the night class I teach.

His time attack EVO has the pedal box out of my race zed in it. :)

We are all moving to Dandenong in a month or so as the company is consolidated on one site in the old K&H building in South Gippsland Hwy next to the Drive in.

Those containers on the right in your video is where we keep the Skid Steers we use for training. You can see the other earth moving equipment parked up next door.

The Exige is nice BUT I cant get out of the damn thing....
