isc coilovers.

i was just wondering whether any one on this forum has used isc N1 coilovers? looking for some feedback about their quality etc.
i saw on boostcruising.com that "We (they) also allow you to choose your own custom spring rates ANYTHING FROM 4 to 16..AT NO EXTRA COST."
i was also wondering what spring rates would be best for like a street z, i dont want too firm of a ride but want good handling for when i wna have a lil fun
