Put in some HID lights last night but my headlights are facing all over the place!
We have got the hang of the up/down adjustment but when we twist the side adjustment screw nothng seems to happen.
Both the headlights seem to be pointing off to the left.

Is there a trick to the side adjusting? I thought maybe the screw was threaded? or do you have to hold the bottom? or what?

    It could be....

that the plastic gears within the adjustment mechanism are broken. This is quite common on zeds, especially due to there age. If this is the case, you will need to take out the headlight, and replace the gears with metal replacements. There used to be a tech article in the tech section to do this, hopefully it still exists.

    Cheers

    EDIT:
