There is something wrong with the high beams on my car and i need to go for a blue slip tomorrow. Will it pass without the high beams comming on? parkers, and normal lights work fine. cheers

A blue slip proves roadworthiness of the vehicle does it not? Therefore common sense would say "yes,high beams MUST work"
