Inside this vent thing (i have no idea what it is maybe climate control sensor?) there is a weird noise coming from it like a slight radio interference. I only noticed it today, yesterday I disconnected the battery for a sec but dunno if this has anything to do with it? Cheers
fan when you remove that piece of trim, there is a small magnetic fan which sucks air from the cabin onto a sensor so the climate control can adjust the temp accordingly. Sometimes these little fans need some realigning. There used to be a tech article for it on the forum. Basically, inspect the fan and reinstall it making sure evrything is done up properly.. Cheers
climate control fan, take it apart and give it a grease, your noise will go http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_plugins/content/content.php?content.75
...but not too much grease, it is a really little motor and doesn't take much to stop it from working.
CC head sensor Requires delicate cleaning to remove dust. Don't use grease to lubricate the spindle bearings - a minute application of silicon spray should suffice.
