I found this company in Oz that sells a wideband O2 sensor, in assembled or DIY form. It's relatively cheap compared to others I've seen. It does have the narrowband output so you can fit it to one side of the engine and still have the ECU signal connected. I'm seriously thinking of getting a DIY kit..... when I have some spare cash Might be a possible GB if there are a few interested. Anyone wanna try it out first???
let me guess techtom? if this isnt what your talking about then you must have a look at it. Also supports 3 0-5v sensor 3 egt sensors. Best of all datalogging, go have a look at there yahoo group as well if you havn't. I'll definitely be in for one if u get a gb going, though judging by the popularity of this i doubt he'll offer one. I might be able to get bosh o2 sensor for cheaper so see how things go when the time comes.
there's also this DIY kit, but it uses the L1H1 sensor (Honda) which I just found out was $789.40 from Southside Honda Click Here
all techedge units come in diy the honda kit is very old, much more expensive sensor and i dont think it supports egt and and 0-5v sensors.
No, Tech Edge use 6066/7057 sensor They now have a v2.0 kit that is available assembled or in DIY kit form. They also recommend using the Bosch 6066 or 7057 sensors (much cheaper) over the Honda L1H1 sensor, but the L1H1 can still be used. 6066/7057 sensors sell for AU$150 from Tech Edge or US$35.00 approx from US parts stores. The new version also has an optional digital readout.
