a little freeware program called CWShredder Version 1.59 and it blasted a worm that hijacked my PC in a similar way.Cheers

 

I had that.......>>

Three days of research and unsuccessful attempts to delete before I realised that my original anti spyware program could do the job if I just configured it fully. That program was "Spybot Search And Destroy" and I had to get it to do a deep search of the registry before it removed everything.

 

Ad-Aware 6 and Spybot Search and Destroy

Should pick up most things...Yes/No??

 

i have had this, hijackthis and the cleaner

along with ad-aware by lavasoft and spybot removed it perfectly.
