School is over and have no more assignments this term. Had year 12 formal the night before and have no more worries for a few weeks. I have been waiting to go to the coast all year and finally when it gets warm enough me and my mates go down to Broulee. So i packed the Zed full of clothes and grog and head down to the coast. Get to the coast and all is good, we've got a free house and grog that would last us a week, What could go wrong. At around 8:30 ish, my mate goes ''dude, chuck us your keys i need to get my shit out of the car'' so i throw him the keys and keep watching the tigers v dragons game. I wake up around 10 the next morning and go to the car to get my ipod, and to my surprise my car door is slightly open, i look around and my 500 dollar amp, my head unit, my capacitor, my wallet, my glasses, my 32 gig ipod touch and my gear knob of all things are all gone. And all thanks go to my mate James for not locking the car and the scum of Broulee.
Insurance? Maybe at your age its expensive for a zed, not sure if 3rd party would cover this sort of thing but comprehensive would.....

Nah im to nice of a mate lol. Hes one of my bestmates, his family isnt short of money at all, but i guess i dont wanna give him a 1000 bill for my stuff.
to be fair, if he left it unlocked you can safely assume it was his fault. it's more the right thing to do on his behalf than a dick move on yours.

Broken window / jiggled lock / removed door handle.... your choice. Next time hook your sound system up to a quality alarm and you might have more chance of catching them.
how do i hook up it to an alarm? the car has alarm but my friend didnt lock the car and left the door open.
