Hydraulic Lifters

Need to replace my lifters, Their are a few sets on E-Bay for sale.
Anyone know anything about these brands, or anyone bought these.
Or has any one got some lifters they don't want, I need 14 or a full set.

That's the first I've seen of non-OEM lifters.

Are yours too far gone to rebuild?

 

Just get some brand new oem lifters, they are like $200 shipped on ebay or even try Coz

Ya got a price off Coz $720 for the set.

Chrispy; Pulled mine apart cleaned them up 14 of them have Circular score marks around the oil hole in the middle, a bit pitted.

I didnt say that it was the price from Coz...put the part number into ebay & you will see the price for brand new oem ones...i got my set from there which i ended up selling, so you definitely can get brand new oem ones for cheaper than $700

Yes, please share this, a new set of lifters is something I'll be chasing for my new motor so I'd appreciate a heads up.

 

Rob & Theo, i havnt looked into it for quite a while...i found a seller on ebay that sold them for around the $200 mark if i remember correctly. Check my old fs thread where i sold the lifters to Ross (Jinxed) if i remember correctly. I'm sure they were nowhere near $700 for them...have a look & you should be able to find the seller, if he still sells them

Ya safe option is OEM, I don?t want to damage the new R5 cams.

Did a quick search off the part numbers i listed in my old fs thread...

So a grand total of just over $300 plus post

Rob i definitely did find them i sold them for $250 which i assume is what i got them for. It was definitely oem with the oem packaging & part numbers.
