My car is falling apart I have found the plate the drivers seat bolts into has split sometime this week and is tearing out. Ill attach some pics shortly.
and here they are. and... It would seem these areas have only been spotwelded in the first place, so Im not all that suprised. I guess 6'5 and 110kilos all day could also be part of the problem. What would be the best solution? More welding? I can see exposed carpet, so would have to remove it due to fire danger. Any other solutions anyone can think of?
don't wanna have to go the flintstone moves. already spoken to a welder while lying under the car. Unless anyone has any brighter ideas, im going to have to done tomorrow morning.
welding or jennie craig!!! hahaha you cant be that big im 6'4 and about 110kgs my z is holding up fine unless youhave been doing some drivers seat aerobics
I'm 6'4" and 130kg and my seat has issues as well. There are sleeves that join the control arms for the seat and rear incline adjustment and these sleeves keep popping off. I'm going to have to lose weight I guess :help:
