Mind you....at this late stage that offer is either of the ways I suggested to you.........it's just that one of those ways is more costly and can get messy..............most definitely for James!!!

I'm currently formulating a nice structured letter to email to the police regarding this. It smells like a scam to me. Will reporting this to police affect taking this to small claims?

 

It should help. Also, be good to have proof you contacted James to try to resolve it yourself. Also, set the thread to "linear mode" and print out the whole thing.

PZP's aka Tom's are SIDE by SIDE FRONT Mount Intercoolers, ffs, not the same thing, those huge ashspec oner are lookin good, in the end 2k for a set of side mounts for us in this group buy, must be (or should be) made of gold

 

Maybe you didn't see some of those IC's in the test graph were FMICs??? They were comparing flow results of both SMIC and FMIC's. Hence why I was interesting in how the hybrid flowed.

 

If anyone is interested in a group buy on side mount intercoolers, drop me a line and I will get onto my supplier about making up some custom coolers for everyone. I'll bust out the CAD and get a design that everyone likes. Someone can drop me a line if they are keen, I can do what ever core size, end tank size, etc.

I'm going to, once again, give you the benefit of the doubt, but please keep up the updates or i will have to proceed with taking some action.

(I think a weekly update would help, and if you are having further supplier problems, perhaps you could seek help from another forum member with experience in this area, help has been offered several times, in fact, if this is still to take 'months' to complete, i would almost insist you include at least 1 other person known to forum members in the loop to increase our confidence)

I?m in the process of finalising the order through a customs broker. As i

i REFUSED to accept. I have sourced the supplier in Taiwan and out of my own
money have ordered enough RH side coolers to cover everyone.

I?m waiting for the final bill of lading and commercial invoice to be sent
through. All these details will be sent to Hyper101.

Also noted the ash spec ones are bar and plate, I thought they cooled much less efficiently than tube and fin coolers... hence even with higher CFM the mean temp would be higher

Not wanting to hijack anyone here but I will be doing all I can to organise a good group buy for either HKS, GReddy or ARC side mounts from my supplier in the States when I return from exercises in early Dec.

I need / want HKS myself so am happy to extend whatever discount I can get to anyone else that is interested. Personally, if I am going to stick something onto the inlet side of my engine I want to know that firstly, it's good quality and secondly, it works more than just aesthetically!

Again, this is not an attempt to hijack anyone else. I would love to hear that James has come through when I get back on here in Dec but sadly, I think his credibility is all but lost. Good luck to all you guys regardless!:zlove:
