Hey guys, tried some rims on my 300 today, and found that the hub size was slightly different, as they were off a ford. I will need some hub centric rings to make them fit (PS yes i know the lugs are wrong thread! that confused me for a bit hah)

Does anyone know if these are legal in WA?
I dont need spacers, they are perfectly flush with my guard, its just the hub size.

Couldnt find anything too relevant on search, most were about spacers, not the rings. No specific mention of legality either, Ill call the pits tomrrow if noone knows.

    Thanks for your help,
    Trent

They're legal. Majority of the cars with aftermarket wheels likely have hub rings since the wheels themselves are made to fit the biggest hub out there and if you happen to have a smaller hub tyre shops will just add a hub ring to make up the difference.

Actually there is a real lot of RTA doctrine on wheel position in specs (offset, track, size etc etc)

So as long as the wheel conforms within those specs it will be o.k.

You should check with tech specs with the W.A RTA to make sure though, that way you will know for sure technically speaking rather than rely on various interpretations of the specs. (for peace of mind and in case anyone questions them later)

Ah, thats good to hear thank you.
Thats a good point, ill get the wheel specs and give the RTA a call tomorrow.

There is a fair whack more rubber on there (9.5"), i certainly hope they comply!
    Thanks for your time guys
