HSV Clubsports update

    got a 1998 V8 5L 198kw HSV Clubsport, want to do some update to get about 220kw,maybe a new chip or something and cost, any ideas guys

    dont even bother touching the 5ltr..

    upgrade to a VX hsv or a VT series II hsv, get the ls1, give it an edit with exhaust/extractors and a cai and your looking at 230rwkw

    I agree. The gen3 and 4 are light years ahead. Even the early model LS1 with a tune, exhaust etc would get you a very healthy gain.
