    Your Q a little vague

Are you trying to determine whether an AUTO has been converted to a MANUAL?

This may be confirmed by reference to the chassis no (on rad support alum. plaque) which will contain an 'A' in the no eg. ----Z32JASHE7, if originally an Auto.

Also autos came out of the factory with three connectors beside the

relay box behind the LHS headlight and manuals had two connectors.

    Manual and auto were different

Apparently from all the literature I can find. Slightly different turbos, camshafts, ECU mapping and numerous other tweaks. Manual suspension has different geometry. The manual factory puts out 20 more HP than the auto, but over a standing quarter they are quite close.
