has broken?I know to change it at 60,000 miles but was just wondering how long some have had it last before it has gone?
If Nissan... ...say 100k I'd say it's engineered for nearly double... or at least 150k at minimun. The problem is though if your mileage is wound back and then you never really know. Do it sooner rather then later.
I agree...100k is recommended because they know it definately wont break until that point. That implies that realistically it will last a lot longer. Being such an important piece of the engine they obviously dont take any chances though.
