    SRB-2NV is correct. r33k.

Check out my build thread, I use the actual HKS intercooler (not sure what the difference is with the copy maybe in quality of design? But I hit 381.2rwkw with this cooler, noting I do have a pressure drop up top end though from 20psi back to 18 .

If you don't read my build thread, it's a built engine
    GTX2863R turbos
    AMS manifolds
    Twin intake (selin)
750cc injectors in twin feed rail
    Turbo smart FPR
    400l/h in tank pump
    Built bottom end
Heads worked (porting, combustion bowl work)
    Lower plenum matched
    1mm ferrea oversize valves
    JWT 400+ cams
    3" split flange dumps
    3" test pipes
    2.5" cat back

    Cheers procky.
The psi is flat at 17psi so i'd say it can't be the intercooler.

The dyno tuner described it as he couldn't put much timing into the tune before it started 'pinging' , i changed the mufflers that had restrictions in them, this gave me another 30 rwhp. Dyno guy still said there's something holding it back. Might be a combination of auto cams+stock manis+auto gearbox , who knows?

What are the limitations of stock exhaust manifolds? (yep, i have them on the car...)

take it to the strip with some sticky tyres and get the trap speed.

I dont believe it would be stock mani's holding you back at all. cams maybe.

Have a look at your cam timing.

I would ask what you have done to your fuel system aside from your injectors, Prockey has a fair improvement on the stock fuel delivery system over yours, you may indeed be starving the injectors of fuel flow/pressure. I would also look at the cams, but only after ensuring the complete fuel delivery system is adequate

Fuelling will be very easy to see on the dyno, just look at the AFM's. If they are too high then there is a fuelling problem.

I have this intercooler and my intake temps were getting up as high as 60 degrees on a 3rd gear pull on the road with GT28RS's on 20psi

There are no fuel issues, the dyno guy would see this.

Apart from the issue of you pinging mate, it does sound low but @20psi you could assume 380-420rwhp
Your engine is otherwise primarily stock isn't it?
    And the turbos are 28R (2560) ?
If so keep in mind that wizard made 351 (470rwhp ish) and that was with a heavily worked engine!

Power wise if your engine is In those category you don't sound too far off but again it's just a number to help give a indication,

I'd be looking at why you are pinging! What base fuel pressure is at Etc

This is the point I was trying to get across. fueling may not be the cause but I doubt its air flow either, Sorry if I was not clear enough. Hopefully you will sort out the issue though - best of luck.

Hook up an intercooler spray see if intake temps come down.
