Well I don't know about a million times

but several hundred at the very least:rolleyes:

What parts are you being recommended to have replaced?
Apart from the obvious timing belt and alt, PS and AC belts. You may or may not need the following:

    Tensioner and idler pulley bearings
    Thermostat
    Water Pump
    Bypass hoses (2)
Cam seals, springs and O rings

TTZ have 100K service kits starting from just over $300

    TTZ

    Hope this helps.

    Which parts?

I am about to get a 100k service too. The full kit from TTZed lists these parts in a package:

    1 x timing belt
    1 x waterpump
    1 x thermostat
    2 x water hoses
    3 x fan belts
    1 x auto tensioner
1 x idler pulley, centre (with stud bolt *, step washer & nut)
1 x idler pulley, LH (with stud bolt *, step washer & nut)
    1 x crank sprocket
1 x crank sprocket plate, front
1 x crank sprocket plate, rear
    4 x CAM oil seals
    2 x CAM intake springs

    Are all these necessary?

Save a few $'s on idler pulleys....

Replace bearings only with part No's:
    JPU60-144
    JPU60-145

    which parts

perhaps you should look into getting lighter equiptment, such as pulleys.
it's not going to make a HUGE difference, but it will if you want the whole package to be zoomy.
Or is this your sunday car, not your saturday night (down the back of knox) car?
