My drivers side window is only working intermittently, sometimes it won't work at all until I wriggle the power window box, which I can reach when I put my hand up under the interior of the door. What I am wondering is, does this box have to be earthed out? I can still feel power going to the box. I can actually pull the box out from the bottom so it isn't earthed out by being attached to anything. Thanx for any advice Cheers Fran :zlove:
The box suffers from a dry solder joint problem. There is a tech article on how to fix it in the tech section, although I think the pictures might be broken. Should still get you through though.
