hey guy's and girl's i am new to this site..just got my first car -1992 nissan 300zx with 160k's for $3500...it was all i can buy since i only had $3500 all saved up from work..just wanted to say thanks for welcoming me to this site...i hope you met a few of you guy's from hear in person....i live in brisbane

well im not 100% sure because you said its a 1992, the one i saw was an 89, had seatbelts on the door and in qld the year is show on the rego sticker (go and have a quick look if your unsure) but yer if it is the one i saw, the reason it was so cheap is the backyard spray job, original colour deep yellow resprayed a lighter yellow, also broken seat buttons..does this sound like the one?

i dont mean to bag it out or anything but they were my observations..if its not the one then ignore all that

hey yeah mate thats it the paint didn't worry me since my brother doe's spray painting... but it was cheap and i that all i saved?...

yeah it run's great well i havnt had any trouble's yet...but hey guy's give us a pm if you go on any cruis's or any thing

 

yea, the paint worried me, overspray all through the engine bay and other places, what a steal though if you know a sprayer.

i took it for a drive, it pulls to the left when you brake hard so maybe have a look at calipers and pads.

i had alittle chuckle when trying to adjust the seat, the guy had a screwdriver on hand to jam into the button hole haha

also something beeps when you go 110kmph, no idea what that is.

but yer its an 89, i was only there for an hour and the guy wanted 5k at the time.

Im also replying in another thread where a guy is interested in a zed iv inspected, pretty cool.

So other than the respray what are the plans for it, and what colour are you thinking of!

 

that beep is normal.. you can remove the speaker that makes that beep.
