6 pounds boost, does that seem a bit low, I thought it was around 200kw.
It was the AFM that was faulty, they also replaced some of the coil pack and cleaned up more plugs, and replaced all the plugs, they founnd one of the plugs had melted and split in to 2. But its not pinging any more.

So if the 166kw seem a bit low I thought it could either be in safety boost still or the last time I got the car back from the mechanics and it was boosting really good they said the bracket or something had came of the turbo, and it feels like its done this again, going to get the mechanic from sydney to call the mechanics on the coast that fixed the car.
They still did an awesome job and worked it round other jobs so my bill wasnt really exspensive.

Big thanks to Mat89 that got me the AFM to me the next day makeing it possible to get the car back for the weekend, I have to fix you up to mate.

Also does anyone have a conzult that I can get my car hooked up to so I can do another check.

    My 2 cents

    Cheers

i would have thought 166 rwkw with 6 pounds would have been a good figure!

if you boost it up to 9psi (which is stock i am pretty sure, I drive an NA) then you could expect a better figure of closer to 180 rwkw i would think

why 6psi? how 6psi? Safety is 7psi and stock-full boost is 9psi. Is it read of an after market guage or converted of the stock? Lets say 7psi and safety maps are on, 166rwkw aint bad...208kw at the fly (supposedly) take roughly 30% for drive train lose and your round 145-150rwkw.

Do a ecu diag test and see if you have any error codes...go from there, but the guy who tuned it shoulda made sure it was running alright first...

Remember that the OEM gauge is not in PSI, so if you are getting up to about 6 on that gauge, that that is probably close to 9PSI. Connect a boost gauge to be sure.

My Zed as stock made about the same power.

The Dyno tune showed the exact boost of 6 pounds, so it wasnt of the gauge.

does anyone have a conzult I can hook my car up to to check error codes, im sure it might have one its running great but just not boosting as it did before.

just do a standard check first which should report

if your in safety boost, look in tech section

    Look inside

    Quick once-off way:
Connect a paperclip into the two connectors as shown (note the harness itself has an angle cut on one side seen on the lower side of the harness below. Ensure you insert the clip into the correct connectors (ie the other end of the harness in relation to the angle'd side)

Bit harder way but much easier for ongoing testing:
    Install diagnostic switch

Okay, so this plug is by your knee on the drivers side insert pins...

Turn on the ignition, and the engine check light comes on and then it it flashes code 55, every thing is right. if not check for other codes.
