Im thinking about buying a certain zed and things need for RWC are:

    *3 Tyres

    *Right hand rear shocker

    *Rear Brakes

    *Steering rack boot

Would anyone have an idea how much it would set me back fixing the rear shocker and steering rack boot.
    Any help appreciated :D

All those are fairly basic repairs, shouldn't cost much more than $500-600 depending on what brand of shocks you go with.

woh thats mild as for a roadworthy cars nearly always need windscreens in a roadworthy thats good as!
tires will be the killer depending on what brand you should be able to find cheap shocker somewhere, not sure about the steering rack boot and rear brakes would only bee $300 TOPS if you did it yourself...
You have to expect this in cars though the older 300zx's especially nothing lasts forever...

    pfft...$300 for brakes~!

just grab some replacement brake pads for $35 from any auto1 or autobarn.
easy as fvck to change, the hardest part is raising the car

If you are buying from a dealer, the car has to be roadworthy for them to sell it. It's the dealers problem.
Private sale? Then it becomes your problem but you drop the purchase price by the cost of obtaining the RWC.
