Help with hose location

The 2 pipes in the photo (green arrows) come from the Carbon Canister, one goes to the LH throttle body, and the other to the balance tube, my question is, which one goes to where?

Still doesnt answer my question though.
I know where the pipes come from and go to.
To rephrase my question; does the hose that gets attached to the top pipe in the picture go to the throttle body or the balance tube?

 

It does. Check carefully. Top one goes TB.
