hay all, i own a manual TT it has a turbo timer etc i drive the royal national park everyday and today my toy decided to turn its engine off, lose power steering and brakes but the turbo timer did not start its countdown, so i did not stall it by accident. it starts straight after this happens if i dont let the turbo timer countdown i have a feeling it may be something electrical, i know its not a connection to the battery terminal as everyrthing is tight in there and well connected, any info or input is greatly appreciated, thanks nathan

Check all the fuses especially the fuel pump fuse in the little fuse box near the brake booster under the bonnet ?

Check the PTU connectors first, but my bet is the PTU itself... Get a known working one and swap to check...

This happened when my CAS connector was dirty, i am now zedless, but i do travel down to south sydney regularly so if you want me to check it out i am happy to, will have to try to get my consult cable back. A few more details would be nice, under what circumstances did it stall, under load? etc
