Well got everything in the engine and in the cabin back together. This included a new heater core - I buttoned up both the brass pipes nice and tight and went around the block for a drive. What do ya know... Coolant on my foot and also pouring a bit onto the passenger side footwell.
Now, it's a new heater core so I can rule that out I guess, what else could possibly be leaking? It's either:
    a) Screws buttoning down the inlet and outlet to the core aren't tight enough,
    b) Would a flat O-Ring in the heater tap cause this you reckon? I'm starting to think this...
    c) Where the actual tap is inside the bottom inlet pipe of the core, there's a brass-like bushing underneath it, could it have corroded out and be leaking out of that? Unlikely?

Will probably run some Silastic on the heater core inlet pipes and then button them up and hope it seals, just thought I'd get some input from everyone here, any thoughts?

Thanks in advance for replies! :D

The heater tap in my old Zed leaked :( I think it was split, ask ZToy, he fixed it.
