does anyone know what style headlamp globes the z31 has? i.e. H3, H4 ..... i ask because i have come into possession of new "diamond vision" globes. H4 design. Cheers guys. Josh
Why don't you go to your car and have a look? H4's have the high beam and low beam in one with a 3 pin plug. H3's have a little wire coming out of them and are low beam or high beam only.
further to chrispys post,most globes have the style (h1 h2 h3 h3c h4 etc etc) and the wattage written on them somewhere on the base.....
Thanks for the help guys, but im at work, and i need a clear answer, if anyone knows. I cant go out to my car, and ive been offered these globes here at work, so please, anyone with an answer greatly appreciated. -Josh.
nevermind, all done I finally got home and had a look, and just did it. Way easier than I thought, just a bit fiddly to get it off Not as bright as I thought tho, wats goin on? They're Phillips Diamond Vision, Ultimate Blue 5000k, 60/55W Shouldnt they be blinding?
Ahhhh, no. There just halogen bulbs, 55w low beam and 60w high beam. If you want bright get a 100w bulb for it. I wouldn't reccomend HID's in a Z31 due to them having a reflector headlight design vs the Z32's projectors.
