As I said in an earlier thread It was the one set I had to play with. I didnt know the thickness of the casting where the studs are and didnt want to screw them up. I will be digging a lot more out of mine as I have a spare pair. Tony's are actually very smooth inside as far as I could reach with the die grinder. I did grind a lot out, especially in the centre runner. Probably 500 grams a side Also matched the inlets to the head I had. They are heaps better inside than they where. Its difficult to see when you dont have an old one to do a side by side comparision but the material removed is in very restrictive positions. Tony decided not to extrude hone his. But mine will be! :thumbsup: Took 3 hours a side as it is !! :LOL::LOL:
Thanks for the pics Tony. Especially wastegate positioning and an idea or three for the brackets. What's the go with these dumps? Is aluminised aluminium or are they just coated?... currently debating on whether to get the aluminised or stainless. Going to order some tonight. GREAT WORK. Egg

Re: I am happy with them..> Yeah I agree its better to a little conservative becuase if you blow a hole in one because its too thin then the whole engine has to come out again. They are never going to be perfect and Graham has done an awesome job on them so credit should be given where it's due. Take a look at a standard exhaust manifold and then say they aren't a 100% improvement. Rich
Tony, update us all :thumbsup: How have they been thumping along? Dyno'd her yet? Can you take a video while you're driving? like filming the revs and through the windscreen so that we can see her jump when she hits warp speed?
