Great Paint job

Hi all,

Just wanted to share with you a great car that i had the pleasure to detail on the weekend. It belongs to forum member Michandy.

Now Andrew has been painting this car in his shed oner the last few months along with some pretty heavy duty backyard landscaping and looking after his wife who is recovering from cancer.

Now I have seen a few paints and this one is absolutely supreme. The photos do not do this justice especially with sub standard camera equipment. But belive me this thing really pops once you get it into the sun. It is almost hypnotic.

Anyway well done Andy you have done a stellar job.

im sure it looks better in person your camera doesn't look that flash, another great paint job was rollin's car, was a mirror finish

was really unsure of how this would turn out but after seeing it in the flesh on saturday, i can only say im very impressed....excellent work for a home job, to me, it looks as good as a professional spray!

Thanks for the kind words guy's, was a long road but I'm now starting to get to the stage where I could be happy with it. Just a few more things to do sorting out the idle, lighting and cleaning. A very BIG thanks to Brock for doing the magnificent buffing job on it!. Mate you are a legend, Anyone needing their car detailed should contact him . Cannot fault his work.

ZXTSY, mate as I told someone at the tech day last week, It wont happen, that is the last time for me as I'm not a spray painter by any stretch of the imagination .

Andrew (Altari), I'm bringing that DVD for you, I have'nt forgotten .

Simmo, In two weeks time brother, I am paving the back yard on the weekend of the 30th and 31st Oct. come down mate and you can hold a hose and help me drink Beer . and we can all dance around, be merry and sing songs, he he .
Are you going on cruize on the weekend, if so will catch you then, if not might call into yours on way home .
