when one puts more than stock boost through the stock recirc valves at certain times (mine does it under gentle deceleration/easing of the throttle when up around 12 psi) the recircs literally honk it has something to do with the spring pressure and the boost leaking past the diaphragm. Mine does it very rarely so I am not worried.

It's not got anything to do with boost level -they actually leak when the difference between pressure above and below the diaphragm is minimal

point taken - I only mentioned it as mine only does it when I have gone above 10 psi in boost

If I was planning on removing the factory blow off valves altogether I assume this would remove the problem completely?

I have a pathological hatred of blow off valve noise plus its less hoses and lines in the engine bay.

You will get turbo flutter if you remove the pressure release vales. Your only generating a new problem by doing this.
