Yes it is possible, not easy though. I would highly recommend to remove the engine and replace hoses and other seals while it is out. For all the effort you will put into changing that one gasket you could put just as much effort in removing the engine and going right over it. Tip, use only genuine Nissan exhaust manifold gaskets as aftermarket items are notorious for not lasting much past 1-2 years.
^^ as Karl said. ...if you were dead set keen on doing this while engine is in situ and not keen on disconnecting everything to the engine and pulling everything off to remove it, then what will help is if you drop the cross-member while having an engine crane strapped on to support the engine/gearbox weight. This will allow you to drop the engine down a bit to give you extra clearance to assist with your manifold gasket swap. ...not a job for the faint hearted, but do-able. If it were me, i'd do as Karl mentioned and pull the whole engine and do a once over on the whole thing while you're at it.
Just did this same job on a customers car. Pulled the engine to replace a manifold gasket and found a heap of other issues while it was out, the most interesting of which was wastegates plumbed to intake pipes, full boost FTW.
