Yes, it is 72L, but you can only use about 66L or so before the fuel pump starts to struggle. I ran out of fuel one day and it took about 67L to fill.

    Cheers

Highway cruising only... 1995 tt 2 door pretty much standard.. 52000kms.... cruising 100 - to 115 averaged around 10litres per 100... no hard driving as I just wanted to get it home and checked out...

Melb to Lorne on a breakfast run. In the company of Porsche 944, Lotus Esprit Turbo, Mazda RX7, Boxster, assorted later model watercooled and aircooled 911s. Then later solo onto Colac via Deans Marsh, Cressy, Geelong, Melbourne. Some cruise control.. 11.13km/100l or right on 25mpg over just under 500km including a trip into town. Pretty happy with that. TT 2+2 auto. It could match the late model Porsches in and out of the bends. You've gotta love that TT torque.

Just an afterthought that might have been able to convert a few of the other drivers if we'd thought about swapping cars for some short sections.
More flowing country cruising on these sort of roads. But they are built for this :zlove:... now if I could find some sensible mature R32/33/34 and Supra TT owners could happily get a feel of all 3 in a day :)

I'm getting 14.6lt per 100km on the highway with the new sard 650's. I would hate
to think what I get in city driving.

you sure your trip meter isn't off man, thats a huge amount on the city, means you should be getting 850+ on open road

dunno but thats what i got. driving in the suburbs, freeway and highways. i had a full to the brim tank, and literally ran her out of fuel. the fuel light didn't come on and i wasn't paying attention to how far i was travelling. had to push her off the road, walk a few km to get a tank of petrol.

Again im going to make around 14-15l/100kms, moderate driving on and off fwy. Along with a new chip i was planning new O2`s and prehaps new cats. Do the cats go bung after a while?

Pod and catback exhaust so far are the only mods.
