Apparently targas shades are the same size for 2+0 and 2+2? I think...remembering an old post when I bought some shades too...

Wrong. 2+2 shades marked with 4R+H and 2 seater 2R+H and they don't fit vice versa. Bought a pair while ago and didn't fit in 4 seater.

 

That may be the case, but there has been discussion in the past about this and some people seem to have no problems fitting either. Although i do sort of recall the 2R 2L and 4L 4R markings on the shades.

 

not sure how others can fit them because the locking mechanism will not line up.

2+2 and 2+0 are Different

They will not fit visa versa. I have both and they are not interchangable.
Sorry dont want to fill up your for sale thread but had to say something
