For those of you not familiar with my story, I got done just over a month ago doing 117km/hr in a 60km/hr zone. I am inevitably going to lose my licence but thought I would delay it as much as possible, and try to get onto my opens before the points were deducted, and also try and get a work permit.

So I waited the 28 days that they give you and then sent the fine in electing for a court hearing. By accident I filled in the elect court hearing section but forgot to sign off on it, so they have sent me the fine back and given me another 21 days to return it signed.

So for those of you out there who wish to prolong your licence despite the inevitability of the end result, I think I just stumbled across another delaying tactic.
