Ok so my steering has been really stiff lately i made another post asking what may be causing it as occasionally it will go back to normal and the steering will be perfect :D but rarely...

So anyway it has also been running rich i think lately and you can smell it could this also be caused by the speed sensor? as i have looked through other posts about the speed sensor and seen it mentioned with things to do with fuel etc...

Any recommendations on what to do ?

Steering rack was just reconditioned but it was doing this before that.
    Fluid is at correct level.

tassuperkart Its a lie I tell you!

If the Speedo is working then the speed sensor itself will be OK.
You need to set about checking all wiring connectors associated with the PS.
I believe there is a PS ecu located near the engine ecu.
Anybody care to confirm this? Check those connections as well

Id be looking long and hard underneath where the solenoid valve is on the rack itself.
