just noticed this afternoon a noticeable temperature difference between my exhausts, the drivers side is a lot hotter than the passenger side, with a small amount of "smoke", would this indicate a turbo seal on the way out? or some other problem

How are you checking the temps & @ which point of the exhaust? Smoke might indicate turbo seal failure, but I wouldn't be jumping to conclusions. There are plenty of things that can cause smoke.

at the end of the exhaust, one feels like normal cool air pushed out, the other is very noticeable and a lot hotter feel just by hand

Perhaps the cooler one has a problem like poor injector conectors , as maybe that side isn't firring ?.But would be besat to check with one of those infa - red thermomitors.
