COMES TO MY CAR AND SAYS 'HAHAA I DIDDNT EVEN NEED TO HUNT FOR YOU'!!! POPS MY BONNET, PINS ME FOR BOOST TAP AND EXHAUST. IM NOW EXPECTING A LETTER IN THE MAIL FOR AN EPA TEST DONE AT THERE SHOP (HOPPERS CROSSING I BELIEVE). I NEED TO GET STANDARD MUFFLERS TO PUT ON, AND I CAN REMOVE MY BOOST TAP MYSELF!!! END RANT
that's a bit odd, did you do something naughty previously to get targetted? or is this out of no where and he's just after anyone in a import?
no i just pulled in to get fuel 5 min from home. my car is clean and neat, no aeroplane kit or superlow king springs... the copper filled up first, then as im coming back from paying, and he was walking in, he said wait... i understand they got jobs to do, but to say 'ahhaa i diddnt even need to hunt for you' when he came back is uncalled for.
if those were his exact words then that was pretty arrogant of him. basically saying i need to bust someone, you're it, bad luck.

EPA from what i no do an exhaust check for decibels, gotta be under 91 i think it is. GL mate, were bouts were u at the time of being pulled over? GL mate

They aren't all bad. I got pulled over in the city last weekend. Drove past an intersection, BOV's went off at 3k rpm, got a red light. Six cops come running to my car, ask me to pull over and they check my licence. I had my Mickey Thompsons on the back, exhaust, gauges galore, 3am in the morning and BOV's went off. Know what happened? Nothing. They said the bad thing about turbos is that you can hear them a mile away and they just asked me to keep the noise down. The officers that night were very professional and I was also polite and respectfull (just my normal self). +1 for the cops from me!!
consider urself lucky, looks like they already met the quota and were ending a shift. so by letting u go, means alot less paper work for them, had that happened around hoppers, some sort of fine ur way. dont get me wrong, u can get ur good ones, but more offen u get your bad ones
