Stillen Intercoolers have a core that is manufactured by the well known racing company called Spearco. They are a dedicated intercooler manufacturing company. Very large, very efficient Air/Air I/C, stainless/steel piping with around 80% efficiency and less than 1psi pressure drop. They are listed as having a surface area 35% larger than stock with total size HxWxD being a massive 280% larger.
