Hopefully this is in the right section, at the moment I'm just testing the waters to see if this is even feasible, if not then I'll just change my plans. Basically my zed needs a bit of work (already had a crapload) but I'm at a point in my life where I cant justify spending more time, money and effort on it. As I dont think I'll be able to get much for it as a whole, I figured I would part out the majority of it (I'm definately keeping some parts for the future).

Car is an NA to TT convert

    Engine/ecu/clutch/fywheel - $4500
1990 Manual TT engine ~ 80000km's on the clock
    - High flowed/rebuilt turbos (Less than 1000k's on them)
    -Nismo 555cc injectors
    -GFB UD pulley (blue)
-Full 100kk service complete (less than 1000k's ago)
    -Full plenum pull/bypass complete
    -Blue powder coated cam covers
    -All vac hose's etc replaced
-PCV reroute with new oem parts
    -EGR/AIV/PRVR deleted
    -New oem engine mounts
-All gaskets (except head gaskets) replaced
    -NA powersteering pump
-Ecu tuned by PZP to ~330hp with plenty more room to play with (Tom estimated a safe tune could achieve 380hp at the wheels)
-Clutch rebuilt to 9-puc to handle the power
    -Stock machined flywheel
-Compression test done awhile ago read cyl 1-5 between 140-160psi and cyl 6 at 110psi
-Minor oil leak from what I believe is passenger turbo oil line (will be fixed before sale)

    Full TT exhaust - $1000
    -PZP dumps/test pipes
    -2.5" MetalCat hi-flow cat's welded into testpipes
    -Apexi "Super megaphone" catback
-Comes with x-pipe but not welded into system

Wings west front bar - $900
-Unpainted, a few scuff marks but nothing the painting process wouldnt take care of
    -Polyurethane (genuine WW)

    Tein Superstreet coilovers - $1000
    -Have done less than 1000km's

Tuneagent front camber arms - $200

Tuneagent rear camber arms - $150

All other typical parts would also be for sale.

All prices would be "or best offer", located in Perth. Would prefer local pick up for the bigger items (engine, WW bar etc). Otherwise postage at buyers expense. Photos on request (remember this is still an EOI) The car is currently all together so if this goes ahead some time would need to be allowed for me to take it apart.

    Regards,
    Chris

    WTF. Don't do it!

Get on msn so I can verbally abuse you for even considering it.
    :)

On a serious note, sad to see you are at this place with the car.

I call dibs on anything good parts wise. :)

Your Z is silver right? I'll take front RH quarter panel if so. Need to come over and have a closer look to see what I might be interested in. Also interested in interior plastic / door panels stuff.

The car currently drives fine (however it is kinda illegal as its rego as an NA still). Basically a whole lot of little problems showed up that wouldve made it hard to pass the pits to re-rego. And my rego was due this month. I decided to let it run out and fix everything on my car over time then re-rego it. But now I'm thinking I should just part it out and be done with it. Hopefully buying another TT in the future.

Being still in one piece I can take people for a spin if they are interested in testing out the engine.

And sorry Dave, I'm keeping the Z1 coolers, they are just too shiney :)

Strange to see you part this out chris. with the amount of money you have spent on it.

Really all you need to do is sort out your cooling issues and you'll have a good TT Z32. This car can have an easy 350rwhp with a tune. Last time i had it on the dyno it had great potential however the temps kept climbing and I refuse to keep pushing it when 95deg+ approches.

Install some thermos or get a stock fan + shroud happening and start driving it.

It kills me to see perth zedders buy bunkies when all they have to do is spend a couple of hundred to get it running great. :bash:

    Sorry, just my 2 cents!
