unsure

i'm definatly coming but i am unsure of whether or not i am going to enter my car.
i literally have done no mods to it so would it still be worth it ?

Buy a new one for a $100 or so at a bike shop.

 

Thought that would get a laugh or two....................

 

Will try to run them all as a group if possible, would be fun to race some other zeds.

 

Of course it's worth it! Just have a go, lots of fun and good to see what your car can do.

 

Ooo yes, definitely worth entering your Zed .
No matter what time you do its still heaps of fun.
You get a base time for your car so that if/when you do mod it you can run again and see the benefit.
You get great pics of your car from the professional photographers there.
And
You get timeslips, proof of what you and your car can do and also a good way to see your driving (drag racing) skills improve.
And lastly a great opportunity to get some drag racing tips from the experienced guys like Wiz, JT, Ports & Oni

 

Ak I will be wearing mine this time sorry. Go buy yourself one, they are a very handy thing to have

 

hopefully my car is back together by the weekend.

ps: there are gonna be heaps of cops on the way to WSID thanks to the two fords racing and crashing the other night.

i'll have to see if i can afford it (petrol wise) and i still have to source a helmet from somewhere.

No Slot Car though it is all pulled apart getting mods.
I will come and watch and pit crew for Wizard for a change. See him run a 11 second.

Once you pay at the gate, go to the car park, you'll need to fill out a simple form, go to the registration table
and get your car scruteneered, (we will be asking WSID staff to place us all in the same lane
so we can run run together) and then line up and relax.

well i would love to go but i need transport, told the mates but dont know if they will be able to come....

 

I will be there just after 4pm and will ask about getting us all into the same lane. Supposed to be possible showers tommorow but then Fine and 17c on Wednesday so fingers crossed the weather should be ok.
