Hey Guys,

wondering if anyone is interested in the Twin Z Design Rear Spoiler; images of concept on there facbook page -----> LINK

No price as yet but I want one!

 

Very nice. That is probably the nicest spoiler I have seen for these cars. Subtle and very OEM in nature, but still better than the OEM spoiler

 

Since I'm at work for another 7 hours... is anyone able to upload and re-post that picture here please? (just hot linking won't work, stupid f'in filter will still block the image since its still hosted from FB)

looks identical to stock but FRP? maybe a slight but longer and higher?
id still take stock > anything IMHO.

I actually like the boot lip on the white z with meisters and roof spoiler. Real subtle, looks good!

 

Similar but nowhere near identical.... Actually lower not higher and the overall shape of the spoiler blends with the shape of the car. I think its much smoother/sleeker than the OEM spoiler

Would be good to have a side by side comparison of the two.

 

Ohhh no, they're all over that proxy stuff mate. Tried all sorts of them long ago. Not a small company, massive world wide company that updates its filter almost daily for new methods that circumvent it....

here's the Z1 OEM replica spoiler

 

its nice, but i dont think its all that special, way to similar to the stock spoiler, at first glance you cant really see the difference......good option for thoose replacing standard rotted spoilers though

 

If they go to all the trouble of making a brand new spoiler from scratch, then why make it so similar to the stock one

 

Coz if it ain't broken, don't fix, just improve.

That is what the stock spoiler would look like if released today. Sharp, hard flowing lines. Very nice. I wouldn't by it unless my stock spoiler was ****ed and I needed a new one but.

 

There is definitely a point. I like the original spoiler probably better than almost all of the aftermarket alternatives, however I think this TwinZ version fixes all of the problem of the original that I wasn't that keen on. Not as bulky, more subtle, more sleek and is shaped better (tapers in at those corners that stuck out a bit too far on the OEM). Will have to replace mine in the years to come and will look very seriously at this one (depending on price). Of course if ZToy has a replica by then, even better .

Wow... its like what the OEM spoiler should have been... :zlove:

Now there is 3 total wings I will accept... though before I start planning, what sort of damages, $$$ wise are we talking here?

Really like the design, would be good to see some more photos with it painted. Like others have said, it simply improves on the OEM...I think it looks great, good work :thumbup:

No it isnt. The ztoy standard wing is a far better option. They pay my workshop rent most weeks.
